📏 Pentek 143549 DP Gauge: Optimized for Differential Pressure Measurement Review

This Industrial and Scientific gauge may look the part, but its inconsistency left our filtration process in shambles. The overpriced product we received failed to live up to its promises, despite our hopefulness.

This is a great addition to the Pentek range. The only thing to note is that the sensors will indicate when there is flow. With no flow, there is no pressure drop and the pressure gauge reads zero. However, before I had a filter with one of these, I kept forgetting to change cartridges until they clogged the system.

Very expensive for the price. All it seals are rubber o-rings which don't seal it very well. I wish I hadn't bought it, just plugged the holes. The water actually runs through the plastic bolts to the counter. Not the best design in my opinion. The whole assembly seems cheap, but it definitely doesn't cost more than $50. Too bad I just didn't get a model that didn't have a pressure gauge.
