easy to install suitable for replacement water filter

easy to install, you can see the dirty filter condition clearly. Our water contains a lot of silt, so we never get a filter that lasts 3 months as advertised. Thanks to the transparent body, we can avoid some serious clogging problems by changing the filter when needed. I bought a second filter to put in a clean one and then clean the old one.

Transparent filter used as a pre-filter makes it easy to see when it needs to be replaced

Transparent filter used as a pre-filter makes it easy to see when it needs to be replaced. While it's three times the size of a big blue one-piece house, it's worth it if you plan on living in the house for a few years. The big problem is that there is no key for the palette body. SW3 is too small, I have 2 from Revain that don't fit and I don't see any other sizes available.

Go for Clarity! in Replacement water filter under the sink

Love it so much I got a 4! i love clarity It is VERY useful to see the status of filters. Changing is easy but I wish it came with mounting hardware but I think each application will make it more difficult. The attachment to prevent leakage can be schematic. It would also be nice if it came with a key instead of being sold separately. Luckily I had one included with the treble I bought.

Good filter housing.

Transparent body is a big plus. I didn't have a key and the default key doesn't work. Look at it up close. When I depressurize water splashes everywhere but that's not a problem because it's outside but expect to get wet. Otherwise it works fine. The water pressure in the house is normal. 4 years later it works great. Don't buy expensive filters as it doesn't matter. I've changed my rating to 5 stars as it's very durable and still clean despite our crappy water.

GOOD FILTER - POOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Filter looks good. Mounting fittings (4) are supplied as unthreaded holes with no instructions or dimensions. If you're not willing to drill holes and provide your own gear, this isn't the best choice. The filter key often bought together in the original offer does not fit in this housing, apparently the large blue clear key is larger than the other large blue filters. The o-ring has a tendency to slip out of the groove, be careful when tightening to avoid pinching or damaging it. The position…
