I didn't notice any loss of clarity from the anti-reflective coating. I had no problem avoiding bubbles etc although I had no experience with such setups nor with the instructions below. I'm glad to have something that claims to do what it's supposed to do. There are no flaws at all, except for the place of manufacture, which I deducted a star for. I hope that at some point the company will find a way to manufacture its products elsewhere.

Updated 12/23/2018 The seller has sent another screensaver for testing. It was the same model. It took my friend and I an hour to figure out that there is a third shift and how to get there. Most hardened screensavers consist of 2 parts: a cover and a layer covering the sticky side of the cover. Not this one! Very difficult installation. I've always had Gorilla Glass on my iPad for protection, I've only endured glare, how it attracted dust and dirt, and how hard it was to slide my finger across the screen.
