AFTER 2 years subwoofer died

I am very disappointed that the subwoofer died after 2 years and tried to fix it to no avail. Very poor quality subwoofer.

Great sound for home audio

I used my own ceiling mounts so didn't pay attention to reviews of the mounts that came with the speakers. I drilled two holes in the bottom of each speaker to use the swivel mounts that were purchased for the speakers that were replaced. The sound quality is excellent.

Do not buy if you must use floor stand

I've just spent the last 30 minutes chatting with Harmon/Kardon customer service to no avail. I am looking to use floor stands for my recently purchased HKTS 9/16 speaker system and cannot find any items that will fit these speakers. I would not buy this item again, nor would I recommend it, which is a real shame as the sound and build quality are good.

Broken for less than a year

Bought this item on August 2, 2019 and after about 1 year the subwoofer no longer works. I checked the cables and connection but it won't turn on. I expected more from this brand but unfortunately it doesn't work and I'm very disappointed. It is not possible to reach technical support as I would like to know if the company can exchange it for another one as it has only been a year since I bought this device.

Great system! good for home audio

Works great. it was easy to connect, assemble and plug in. Came with speaker wire although I used my own white wire to blend more with my walls. The subwoofer is amazingly accurate and produces good sound quality and feel for such a small box!

Great system, terrible wall brackets

The whole system is great, my only fault is that I bought a set of wall brackets. With all the reviews, the wall mounts are disappointing, but the sound system is amazing

DEFECTIVE FOR LESS THAN A YEAR
