[Good] This antenna has a connector so I can use a thick cable. Most antennas have a coaxial cable built into the antenna. The cable usually breaks in the housing area. [Not Good] Performance is about the same as many others made in China. I have to change the position and angle of the antenna very often for almost every channel. It could definitely be installed outdoors, and it actually came with instructions and accessories for outdoor installation. I look for American made items more often and while they are sometimes more expensive I am sure the quality is almost always better than most. I can contact someone in my country if needed to solve my problem. Other than that, this thing works like an absolute charm.
