Description of Performance Tool W5404 Flow Thru Washer

Durable, injection-moulded handle with ribbed design for firm grip is the perfect replacement for most parts washer brushes. Solvent flows through core of brush handle and delivers solvent directly to the polyester bristles. Stiff 2-1/2 inch nylon bristles shaped to penetrate deep crevices and loosen stubborn deposits. Can be used with either petroleum or water based cleaning solutions.

Disappointing Cleaner for Parts Washer

After trying this product, I was disappointed with the cleaning power. The parts didn't come out as clean as I expected.

Pros
  • Pro: The design was convenient for access, and it was durable.
Cons
  • Con: The cleaning power was subpar, and it left most of the dirt and grime behind.

Get what you pay for. Falling apart after a few uses!

Cheap hose, kinked when shipped, the bristle holding core fell out after a few uses! Spend the extra money on a quality product and save in the long run.

A must have for any shop

I bought this for an airport hanger and couldn't be happier. 20 gallons is the ideal size for large projects. I have been a lathe operator for over 50 years and have always had a parts washing machine in my workshop. I screwed four small L shaped plates to the bottom of the legs and attached small wheels to the washer. Such a device must be portable so that it can be moved over an area of 6,000 m². feet or even a small business. You will not regret it.
