Excellent intermediate properties of property

Working as advertised. I have a threaded barrel that causes the thread guard to come loose with normal use. Blue wouldn't last and red would last too much (so I didn't even try). Permatex Orange worked great. Just make sure you only put a small amount near the edge of the tread. Removing the protection took a little effort, but not too much.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as good as stated

It is much stronger than blue tube material.

Does exactly what is described. The material reminds me of superglue when it hardens, but it can still come loose. Tightens anything that rattles, wobbles or loosens. It's very strong, I wouldn't recommend using very small fittings unless the metal is very high quality. Class 5 and above. I'm serious, it will be too strong for the small jets not to remove the fitting.

  • Few competitors

So far so good for my RC cars. Arrma Notorious and Arrma Outcast 4s

My RC cars have a few things I can hold on to, but they're not so tight that I can't get them off. I've used Blue Medium, which is good for certain parts, but for things like external drives and input shaft cups I need something more permanent. Red is too durable (but can be removed with heat) but with orange it works like red but I can remove it without removing the screws. So this is my new take on threadlock for parts that used to require red.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • No gun

I think it works well for screw locking

Threaded it up, went to the shooting range, boom boom, the screws didn't come off. i think it works I use Loctite all the time, but I liked the idea of "3 times stronger. no need to heat" since I used it to attach the red dot optic mounting screws to the pistol's breech. I can't heat this optic to 450ΒΊF to use red Loctite and I didn't want to mess with spraying it will crack with cleaner if I ever want to take it off. I removed the screws after about 30 minutes, then cleaned up and repeated the

ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY!

Thought after receiving the semi-permanent "threadlock" Orange Permetex with the bottom of the blister pack opened earlier that I shone a small bright LED through the bottle for fear of "product shortage", which turned out to be 3/4+ empty (laughs). (See photo) I really appreciate Revain's "Customer Question Answering Tool" section on the product description page! (Of course, it makes you feel like a REAL idiot when you get an almost immediate response to your query, let's say 'bottle level'. I
