I have used this toothpaste for many years to keep my teeth white. No worse than any expensive tooth whitener. I use it briefly with my regular toothpaste.

Texture: Less pungent than Ultrabrite Regular Flavor: Much milder minty flavor than Ultrabrite Regular. This stuff tastes like any other brand of mint paste.
