This option didn't work for us. After application, the scratches really intensified. We had more success with another brand (Comfort Zone).

I followed the directions EXACTLY just to make the cat lovingly take the oiled stool once it was dry. This has been his scratching post/cat bed ever since.

This was highly recommended by a friend but it didn't work at all with my small animal (cat). I think it depends on the animal.

I don't think it works. Cats itch immediately after spraying. One even liked it so much he licked it and rubbed it before scratching the spot!

Smell was pleasant so my scratchy kitty liked it! Kitty Boo Boo scratches curtains and walls. I followed the instructions for use, unfortunately Boo Boo keeps scratching both. I have an extra scratching post next to the curtains in hopes of changing Boo's habits!

This was recommended by a friend who said it works on all but one of her cats so it may not work on every cat. It works great for my 2! I splashed over their usual scrapes and they immediately smelled something to explore. They have NEVER been scratched in those areas since I sprayed them a week ago.
