This bike was so pretty! I had to send mine back just because my little hamster couldn't move it, it's so tiny. Was too heavy for him. However, unless your little boy or girl is very small, I would recommend this. Like I said, it's beautiful (I have the blue one to match my decor) and I was sad to have to return it. I was able to assemble it easily and it fit in its cage. I say buy if your thigh is not as small as my baby.

This wheel is very quiet and comfortable for my mice. Perfect size and all. My only issue with this is that on the highest settings the barley is above the substrate and this causes the substrate to hit it making it difficult to move. Also, we can't lower it because it's so low to begin with that it just rests on the ground. If the stand was longer we would have given 5 stars and bought more for my other cages.

Poorly cleaned and the wire stand it was sitting on tipped over no matter what. Ignore the slight noise, it's pretty quiet on ball bearings but the front nut can work loose. Cleaning in small corners and edges is much more routine or difficult compared to a round, smooth plastic mop. All in all I put it back in the box and my Syrian uses a regular old plastic wheel which is just as good if not better, the product is aesthetically made and difficult to clean with mouse habits.

When I bought it I thought it was perfect. I didn't pay much attention to what it was made of. Everything went smoothly and my hamster was happy, but then he got ripped. He started chewing it. He has blocks of wood, but he gave them up for something in .WOOD. I had to tape 2 boards back from him because he chewed it so hard it fell apart. I have a dwarf hamster and it is very small, barely the size of two fingers. I took the smaller one hoping it would save me from making a TERRIBLE noise when I went to sleep and it really is! The only thing I hear is her tiny feet. It took her a few days to get used to her new steering wheel but I think she loves it.
