This is a great little balance bike. I definitely ordered the wrong size. It's too small for my squirrel BUT he seems to enjoy playing outside so I'm keeping the product! I'm a happy customer!

Great product, this hamster wheel was easy to install and works almost unobtrusively. The quieter the wheel, the longer the hamster will use it, and so we get more sleep and our hamsters exercise.

The screw holding it up front is plastic. My hamster either fell off or fell off. In any case, it must be made of something other than plastic! Otherwise it's a great steering wheel, not the quietest but good for the price.

PERFECTLY QUIET! We bought this for my 7 year old Syrian hamster and my daughter proudly installed it herself. We added a folded piece of cardboard to the outside for stability. The only sound is their little paws! It's also durable and has a hard tread, making it very safe for our furry friend. Very happy with this purchase.

We bought a larger cage and attached it to our wire cage. The bottom always hits a wire too heavy to be held by the cage with shims. We tried many different ways, even swapping out the washers, but the center bolt was so loose that no matter how we tightened the washers, the bottom of the wheel hit the wire, preventing it from spinning. Absolute inferiority for us.
