Very easy to install and remove. I no longer slip when walking on ice, whether it's very cold or starting to melt. I feel very secure and stable when wearing the Spikey Plus overshoes.

I have used the Spiky for years living on the shores of Lake Tahoe and now in Salt Lake City. Preparing for a winter marathon can be "questionable" in snow and ice, but cleats come to the rescue by providing enough traction (within reason) to run on slippery surfaces.

They are perfect for running. I don't know if they're good for regular walking, but jogging gives them momentum that allows them to grab really well. I use them whenever the snow/ice on the streets/sidewalks isn't melting and I can stick to my workout schedule with no problems or excuses.

I just received them today and haven't tried them yet. I know it's quite difficult to put them on my shoes, but my biggest concern is their durability and price. They hardly look like they cost $31. (hence the 3 stars). But like I said, time will tell. Time told me to upgrade my 3 stars to 5 stars!
