I think the faucet itself is excellent. Super easy to use, looks great and seems to be decent quality. The 2 main things to note: 1) A cotter pin is used for the handles instead of screws - see the picture and use 2 holes instead of one. If you can't do it in 2 seconds, you're doing it wrong. 2) The drain uses a pop-up window, and the faucet is not compatible with the traditional drain wand, so you need to change the drain. We love the look of this faucet. This goes very well with the rest of the equipment we purchased for our bathroom renovation. The only downside to this faucet is that it arrived broken. Unfortunately, I didn't know it was broken until it was fully installed. I turned on the cold and hot water supplies, lifted the metal faucet handle and nothing came out of the faucet. I don't like this faucet. It is difficult to keep it clean because the water stains look very bad on it. It's akin to trying to deal with a child's fingerprints on a stainless steel refrigerator. Not that it's a disadvantage, but it's a low-flow faucet. We have very low water pressure and a low flow faucet means very low water flow. Keep that in mind if you don't have a lot of water pressure.
