It will be upside down on the towel rail. Love it. I use it for decoration but not in this case. Thin, not washed. No doubt it will still be thin when washed.

The pattern does not indicate that the design will cover the entire towel when laid out horizontally. When you hang it on a towel rail, it only shows half of the design. Very disappointed. sent back. The seller refunded me in full very quickly.

I expected this towel to be very thick for use in the washroom. It's soft but very thin. It is advertised as for the kitchen or bathroom but I would only use it in the kitchen. Nice picture though.

To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the fragility of these towels. However, they are beautiful to look at and fit the theme my wife was aiming for. Maybe it's a mistake on my part because I don't know what I'm looking for to define softness and ease of use. It's great for show but not for actual hand drying.

I can't understand the high ratings. I ordered this turkey towel for Thanksgiving and it's complete junk from China. This is a microfiber structure, not like a cotton towel. The synthetic feel is terrible. The towel has a turkey embossing so I'm sure it will go away after a wash or two. The edges look unfinished and cheap. The worst thing is that I have to pay the shipping costs for the return!

I am so disappointed with this towel. I was so excited to get this for my dad for Father's Day because he has a 70's clam bath. It will be perfect. For $12 I was expecting a real towel. Like towels made from flour sacks for the sink. It's an oddly soft material with a printed image on one side and white terry cloth on the back. Edges neatly trimmed all around. The squid is printed on the top so it can't even be hung on a towel rail. Pooh! :(
