Great for ALL PCs!

I used 2 of these to expand the space in my existing competitor PC case. I drilled 2 holes in the sheet metal for each drive bay and voila, they fit perfectly with a few screws/bolts. Very reliable - I can add a third hole if I really want to. If you have a little extra room in your PC case, these compartments will probably work for you too!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • So far so good

Worst cage, poor quality, very weak metal

I had to replace this cage because the first one I had was bent and chipped, the replacement I got was even worse. Sorry Fantex but you completely screwed up with these cells, poor quality, if you use force you can break this weak piece of metal. They should cost a dime, not $7.99 or more, they're not worth it.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Clean

Fits Phanteks Eclipse Series P400

Overall I am VERY happy with their fitment in the case, the only issue I had was that the motherboard I have has a USB 3.1 port on the front at a 90 degree angle. The angle and position of the brackets are not suitable for this. Luckily I use the case as a NAS server so I don't need a USB port on the front. This is not an issue of the brackets, just the design of the motherboard and case in this particular use case.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Approximately

Does what it's supposed to and works perfectly in my case.

When used with the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG it fits perfectly and snaps in well. I gave it one star because honestly it seems expensive for what it is. I love that my case can fit a few extra drives without a huge bulky cage, but it's pretty thin and I'm sure it's very cheap. Screwless assembly should be available on a model in this price range IMO. For $6-7 I would give 5 stars but I paid $11 and am a little disappointed.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Ideal for P400S

Installed two of these hard drive brackets on the Phanteks P400S case. I used the included hard drive trays for my Western Digital Black mechanical drives; This caused some uncomfortable vibrations and rattling in the case. These HDD mounts solved the vibration problem and also made the SATA and power connections easier. The P400S hard drive bays are located on the bottom of the case, which in my case made wiring to my special modular power supply problematic.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • sparse instructions

Does more than leads.

Works as intended. Strongly multifaceted (versatile). Advantages: Can install 2.5" drive on the bottom, 3.5" drive on the top, basically 2 drives can be installed. on the sled. In my Evolv ATX TG I can accommodate 10 drives at the front and 2 at the back in the "cellar". Can be installed in line with the skid or at a 90 degree angle with a little creativity. There can be a total of 12 discs. Front 5" x 3.5" and 5" x 2.5".

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Speed

Excellent fit for the Enthoo Pro M case

Great drive stands for my phanteks Enthoo Pro M acrylic case. The stands have rubber that fits between the hard drive and the stand itself which I think makes the drives fit better are protected. The cutouts on the Enthoo Pro M also ensure the SATA ports are flush with the back of my case. I love her look in my case. It costs a few bucks, if you have more than 2 discs do yourself a favor and order a few.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No car

It's easy to add more drives to my case. Phanteks

I built a new PC using the Phanteks Enthoo Pro which I really like and wanted to add some more 3 1/2 inch drives. This system makes so much sense. There is a door in the case that you remove that gives the drive access to the cable compartment. The bracket hangs from two tabs, then screw the side of the cable to attach the bracket to the case It comes with all the parts needed, including the drive screws. The bottom of the bracket and the screw holes are cushioned to minimize drive vibration…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost OK
