Philips 33192-6 70W HID Lamps for High Intensity Discharge Review

Great for my outdoor garage lighting. Home Depot charges $6 more for those who last fewer hours. Mine last about 2-3 years and turn on every night when it's dark.

light bulbs being advertised right now, although I haven't installed them yet. I have about 7 lights that use them and they will use if the bulb burns out. They were at least 1/3 cheaper than my local store.

I thought about switching to LEDs but the price difference (even with lamp life) wasn't very good. Those were great alternatives.

Please be careful when ordering this lamp, there are two different lamps with the same glass parts but different base size. have good quality and better price than Home Depot or Lowes.

Philips HPS outdoor lamp arrived quickly and well packaged. Revain's price was much lower than what I could find locally. The Philips name speaks volumes about the quality of the lamp. I installed it and it lit the yard very well. Hopefully it lasts another ten years.

Brighter light than most 70w incandescent bulbs. I think it has to do with it being 6700 lumens compared to 6200 for everyone else. The packaging was A+ and arrived within three days of my order. Yes, it's a few bucks more than most ads, but I felt like it was money well spent.
