We had another unnamed brand and it was terrible so we went with a brand that is known for electronics. We needed something that wouldn't be an eyesore. It was almost exactly what we wanted. It works great, looks great and is easy to connect! The hardest part was figuring out how to program our TV, but that wasn't the fault of this product. We would buy again! Soundbar-like TV antenna that looks better than it works. I was able to scan most local channels. Some of them had a weak signal, others didn't add at all. Because of the wall-hanging design, there's little you can do to reposition the antenna to improve reception without sacrificing looks. I like this antenna. It is very easy to mount on your TV and is slim and unobtrusive. The output is the larger antenna I used to use which had to be wall mounted. The only disappointment I have is that it doesn't include a USB power cable, but uses a small 110V power plug. Good results on all VHF and VHF stations rated as "strong" signals (for my location) in the FCC TV station database . My Hi-VHF station (HF channel 10) was not being picked up by my 3 element gain Terk indoor antenna and was very weak on bunny ears but good on Philips.
