Philips SatinCompact HP6389/00: Precision Trimmer for Instant Face & Eyebrow Hair Removal Review

I have never shaved my eyebrows. Covid lockdown got me to do a little research and I bought it. Very easy to use, even when traveling. It's very sharp though, so practice on your hand and use it.

I liked the product until the cap got stuck and ripped off the top of the trimmer itself with the help of jt. Now I can't take them apart to put the item back together. Aggravating!

At first it was difficult for me to insert the battery and then the shaver did not open at all and I could not use it. Returned. I've had tons of eyebrow shaves from different brands and never had problems like this.

Fragile. Just changing the heads felt like they might break (the heads themselves). Strange, twist and clap to switch heads. Does what it's meant to do, just cheaply made. Disappointed with the Philips product (I have their Sonicare toothbrush with no complaints) I was hoping for a better branded quality.

Im impressed. I can swear this product will suck like my 2 previous attempts to buy a trimmer that would get rid of frizzy hair and shape eyebrows. It's impressive, it catches the smallest hairs and you get perfectly clear skin. Seriously, I can wholeheartedly recommend this trimmer to any skeptic like me.

This was for my granddaughter. The head fell out on first use and when I tried to fix it the inside fell out. Unfortunately it's been over 30 days so I don't even get my money back.

I'm a bit dizzy so plucking can be a problem. Sunlight hitting the fine blonde hairs you let through can blind you if not managed properly. This trimmer is great for hard-to-see details.

It seems to work. It works great for about 5 minutes when you put new batteries in, but then it seems to struggle with every subsequent use. I even took the battery out and just put it back in when I wanted to use it again, but it's still struggling. It seems to work, but not so well with new batteries. It is not economical to use new batteries for every use.

Good and thin shaving head when using a small head. Easy to apply to the nose hair and the whole face. Only reason giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the plastic handle/body seems a bit cheap so not sure how long they will last.
