This product was great! It had photo frames and what I liked best was that it was accessible and not heart shaped like many other lockets. One thing though was that it smudges easily and you have to have pretty small images and it's difficult to put them in there. It doesn't smear easily with your skin, but they provided and rubbed it in the packaging.

It was a very pretty necklace but I gave it 4 stars because it was too big but I still wear it. All in all a great chain! Good quality.

This locket itself is of incredible value. Well done. Reliable hasp. It was difficult to get photo quality prints of this size. I was able to find a shop that was able to print a variety of 4 x 6 inch locket size prints. Getting the heart-shaped photos into the locket was quite an arduous process. Unless you have the right tools, steady hands and a lot of patience, I would recommend a jeweler to incorporate the photos into the locket.

Cute. I can still use it. But I ordered an oval locket. I chose an oval image and it is marked as round in the design. I suspected a typo or maybe just the name used in all items. round received.

Good quality medallion (light, thin). The problem is that the quality is so low that it's impossible to insert images on both sides. To remove the picture frame you must unfold each side, insert the picture and then fold the sides back into place to secure the frame. This is a breach of terms and conditions so it will be returned.

The price of this product is much lower! I bought one for my niece and had to buy two more because the quality far exceeded my expectations.

This product is worth the money. It makes a very good impression and seems to be very well made. I was able to put dog hair inside as a souvenir. Nice sentimental gift

This chain is very poorly made. Crash when trying to insert an image. I have attempted to contact the company, both directly by asking a question on this site and by message on eBay, but have still not received any contact information to speak to anyone.

I really liked the pendant I ordered for my sister as we lost our pet last month. Unfortunately it wasn't securely attached and fell out of the jump ring the first time she put it on, luckily she was home and caught it so it wouldn't get lost. Even though it was brand new it was disappointing. We have since replaced the adapter ring with a safer one and it is working again. Also, Miss Happy, this is a great pendant for the price.

I received this locket to hold a photo of my mother who passed away in May. But the clasp doesn't close. If I glue it, it becomes a pendant. That's not why they buy it.😔

This necklace is very beautiful! I exchanged it for a rose gold color as the gold color is very yellow and not the color I expected. If you like it then this is perfect for you! Rose gold turned out to be more than the color I wanted.
