The ability to easily create one page landing sites that can be used in multiple ways is amazing! I like that it's easy to build phone numbers into my website, so if someone calls me they're directed straight in! The dashboard is not very organized or intuitive - you have multiple tabs open at once, which makes navigating sometimes difficult when building out an area of functionality (such as adding new countries). I like that it is easy to set up, very flexible in terms of look & feel which makes things easier when setting this service out as an alternative or addition to other lead generation services we are using within our team (such has Hubspot). The ease of use, it's ability to manage multiple campaigns at once (campaigns can be paused or stopped), I like that you're able get feedback from customers as soon they go live in their phone number database which is very helpful when trying new products/services we offer!
