I don't think I figured out how to properly use the tab cut in the ejection portion but it worked well nonetheless. Don't try to use double-sided tape from the hardware store instead - that stupidity cost me another screen.

This glue is perfect for OG Pixel XL. Be sure to remove all traces of the old glue before applying the new to ensure a strong bond. A precise fit means your new replacement screen matches the original and minimizes the risk of dust getting under the screen as it is fully bonded 360 degrees edge to edge.

Perfect cutout for Pixel XL. They are also available in packs of 2. So if you screw up one, you can use the other. The only problem I had is the adhesive splitting with protective caps. I may have been too hasty, but I would recommend that you take your time with the glue separation and not have to repeat much.

Great product. This adhesive film is cut to fit the phone. However, there were no instructions. I was able to find full instructions online. Very easy. This was a bit confusing as the product is a full adhesive film but only a small portion of the film is actually used. The product fitted perfectly and held the screen adequately. It wasn't as sticky as the original glue, but it worked fine. I would recommend this product over the flimsy tape sold for the same purpose.
