I let my hair go grey several years ago and have had problems with the environment and other shampoos making it yellow. This shampoo is the answer! I have tried many whiting shampoos and this is the only one that takes the yellow out and makes it shine. After shampooing with this product I often get stopped by people committing on how wonderful my hair looks. I have very brilliant white hair . I noticed that occasionally I would see some yellowing. Through the process of elimination , it was my oil infused curling iron. This shampoo is excellent! I do not use it everyday but I use it at least 3-4 times a week! Well worth the price!

After chemo, my hair came back grey and I had no experience with upkeep. Phyto Phytargent works very well and doesn't stain like I read some "blue" shampoos can. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. I use it a couple of times a week and it does exactly what it says it will.

Doesn't work for me. My normal hair is mousy brown and I am now about 70% gray. Lately I've noticed the gray (which has been white in the past) moving more toward gold. I thought this shampoo might bring it back to white - which is much more attractive - but I think it's actually made it more gold. So I'll try another brand. Nice grapefruit smell.

I have mostly gray hair and have been using this shampoo for 3 years now. It is expensive and kind of watery but I love what it does for my hair. Regular use keeps my hair shiny and silvery. Caution: if you wash your hair with this shampoo every day it may make your hair look kind of purple under florescent lights. I get the best results when I use the Phyto about 3 times a week.

The gray framing my face was starting to yellow and this product has made it a silvery gray. Like others comments it is very runny, so be careful to pour out slowly. Very happy with the results although it does have a strong smell so I usually follow with Pantene Silver Expressions conditioner to cover the odor.

Its better then other brands of brightening shampoo that I have used as it does not excessively dry my hair. As for brightness it works well and seems to be the same as others. BUT you cannot beat how great your hair feels!

smells great but it is kind of thin. Could be much richer and more oil/moisturizing. It makes my hair frizzy but a pretty color.

After reviews from web, decided to try this product. It works very well, giving my hair highlights and shine as my hair is all white. Gives hair a renewed appearance. Husband noticed changed immediately and likes. Works very well for me and will continue to use. I do recommended.

I decided a while back to stop dying my hair and began looking for something to brighten the gray. This shampoo does that beautifully. The gray is noticeably silver and bright. It doesn't give a good lather but that's not really an issue. I switch out to a different shampoo every few washings, mostly because it's expensive, and that doesn't seem to lessen the shine. Will definitely buy this again.

Since I’ve allowed my hair to completely grow in grey I’ve been looking for a way to bring life back to my hair and this product does it! I love it! I just try to use it as sparingly as possible because of the expense.
