Difficult to embroider but good for cross stitching.

I bought this for embroidery and although it's too stiff for my use I think it's suitable for cross stitching. Unfortunately, it looks more like flexible plastic than fabric.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The color didn't run after me!

I bought this after my black Aida gold tag from DMC went through and my white stitching turned light purple. (Despite the paint traps and the constant flow of cold water.) I prewashed this Adia and found the color didn't run off! He is of good quality and fun to work with. Well how good is black Aida haha. Also, it is much cheaper than the DMC brand.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • sad packaging

Very hard but otherwise good.

Six pack 12 x 18 $9 Aida definitely make it a good value but it's very very stiff! At the touch, I thought the material might be synthetic, but when checked with a lighter, it didn't melt but instead burned, meaning it's natural fibers. If you plan to use this for a "soft" project like a pillow, this isn't for you. I don't think I would recommend using this in a hoop as the material seems to have a hard time smoothing out wrinkles afterwards, although it's stiff enough that you don't really…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Slightly harsh

This is a good quality Aida fabric, definitely 14 stitches. The only criticism, however, is that the material is quite stiff. It takes more force than usual to pierce the needle and the edge gets rough when it hits my hand. I hope the more I use it the more it loosens up.

Pros
  • Fabric for cross-stitching, cross-stitching and needlework. You can do your work however you like
Cons
  • Only available in black

Intense color but very dense

Very dense but intense black. I can soak mine to see if I can get them softer. Another reviewer said it's not 14 at all, it's at least 18. Just count the number of squares in an inch. I had 14 like the other brand 14 I have. I think it might be a hair's breadth, that is, not even a whole square, to count 15.

Pros
  • Embroidery Supplies: Great material for embroidery lovers, you can use it for embroidery, cross stitch, needlework or other crafts
Cons
  • Fading
