Other reviews correctly say they are very strong. It's not really a problem, but they will open your hatch. They were easy to install.

These things fit my FIT like a glove with lots of suspension. Very easy to install. Save some money, replace them yourself and don't pay high prices for mechanics.

Honda dealer charged $244 to install a new rack kit on my 2015 Fit. Luckily for me they didn't have them in stock and said they would call me when they arrived. I ordered them after watching a video on how to change them. I received it within a few days and it took less than 15 minutes to install. FYI I am a 69 year old female! I saved just over $200 and they work great.

They do their job. My 2015 Honda Fit needed a new one as the hatchback doors wouldn't hold up in the cool weather (it was ok in the heat - hot air expands and all). These replacements fit perfectly, but if anything they are actually a bit stiffer than the original ones that were new (a friend of mine just bought a nearly new 2018 Fit - I'm comparing to that).
