👜 Piel Leather Medium Shoulder Bag in Black - Optimal Size for Versatile Use Review

I like the feel of leather. The length of the bag makes the bag really flop. I really like the width and it fits everything I want. I wish the straps were longer to be a crossbody bag.

I love this bag. I'm just pointing out the lack of pockets because if I hadn't used an insert I would have been in trouble. There is only one slip pocket and one with a zipper, and the slip pocket doesn't even fit my phone (Samsung ATIV SE).

I gave this item away and after a day of use it started to fall apart, particularly the stitching holding the shoulder strap. The leather looks okay, but everything else shows very poor workmanship. My advice, don't buy this item, spend your money elsewhere.

My wife loves this bag. It has plenty of inner pockets and loves soft leather. The size is just right for her. Their only complaint is that the inner lining is "boring". She would have liked a material with a soft print.

I ordered and returned several bags, supposedly made of "natural" leather. This one delivers. This is real leather. Soft and elastic, comfortable lining and, above all, the size I wanted personally. Not too small and not too big; I can easily pack what I need in without having to stuff everything, but the bag isn't too big. Good.

Very well made case made from soft, fragrant (I love the smell of good leather), luxurious 'naked' leather. This is a great size if you need a wallet that fits perfectly in Piel's hobo laptop bag, which is one of the reasons I bought it. It also harmonises perfectly (stitching, leather and lining) with the small cosmetics from Peel. The inner zip pocket is large, but the phone pocket appears to have been designed for phones released in the late 2000s. However, for an AirPods case, it works…

Piel lives up to its reputation again. That's a great bag. I'm looking for 3 things in my bag these days. Size, weight, ease of use. Although the bag is made of soft leather, it does not fold itself up like some soft leather bags do. The size is perfect. It holds a ton but isn't a huge bag, there are internal pockets but not big enough for today's big phones. The top zipper slides easily. Love love love this bag. This is perfect for what I need. It's so light it's a pleasure to carry with you. I got a lot of nice compliments on it. I expect it to last a lifetime. My only complaint is that the phone holder is dated. It didn't fit any smartphone I could think of, especially mine. Instead, I carry lipstick in this bag. That works great.
