Great Solution for Call Tracking and Fraud Detection

This has been great so far! I was able to implement it very quickly because we were already using their other product (iBiz). We have had excellent support - they are always helpful when you need them most; like at 9pm after midnight during Thanksgiving week ;) They've helped us resolve issues as soon as one popped up or even before someone realized there's something wrong if our system shows no alerts/warnings about false positives that could indicate problems but then later turns itself off…

Pros
  • Easy setup, intuitive interface is user friendly with good customer service team who follow through promptly ! Able tp track call logs in realtime along wth many different phone numbers / carriers worldwide.
  • Allows tracking from anywhere around world including remote locations by simply plugging into internet wifi connection instead having expensive dedicated line needed otherwise
Cons
  • So-so
