Nice beach bag!

The letter was bad but customer service was A+

I didn't know how to rate this. The bag is big but I liked it a lot. But the letter was unacceptable because half of it was gone. I emailed the seller with photos I believe and they refunded what I thought was really great customer service. So I would give four stars. They were very responsive.
