Very easy to implement with little coding time, it does what we were looking after- tracking leads in realtime! The price is right as well :) Would definitely recommend using pingsense if its something that's needed out of all other lead/sales software available online!! I like that it's easy to use, can be used with any CMS or self-hosted solution (or even in combination) - no need of additional plugins! The best thing about ping sense is it helps to keep track of all my blog traffic, which I use as an SEO ranking tool in order improve rankings with Google search engine! This tool is very easy to use, it's free, and I love that they have so many options. It takes a bit of time getting used to it but once you do it will be easy to use. I wish there was more customization in the layout and templates. This can be confusing at first but not too bad. Do yourself a favor and give this a try!
