I bought my first set of Pinzon flannel towels three years ago. The more I washed them, the softer they got. I bought an old set about three years ago and really liked it. This new set is returned. They are not of the same quality as my last set. I've washed them twice and they fall off so much like sleeping on sandpaper! So played around as I was very happy with the first set. I would advise against buying these records.

Received this set today and put it in the wash. This fits a 12 inch mattress and while advertised for a 16 inch mattress it barely fits this 12 inch mattress. The material is soft and quite heavy, but I was afraid I might tear the fitted sheet if I try to tuck it under the corners. This should perhaps fit a 10 inch mattress or smaller, but with this size the fitted sheet will bend in the middle of the mattress. I love these sheets. The quality of the fabric is excellent, be sure to wash and dry before use and be prepared to toss the lint in the dryer 2-3 times on the first wash. Some people think that the fact that so much lint is coming off indicates poor fabric quality. It's just not true.
