This software is very intuitive & simple to get used too!

I like that it allows me to take my time with each step of creating an account or adding items for sale in different categories/stores. It's very intuitive! Sometimes when you are just trying something out there is nothing wrong but if after 2-3 times your still having issues then maybe look into other options? The only thing about this program so far has been its ease at using it which makes things go smoothly overall. We have not had any problems thusfar as everything seems pretty simple once

  • Very user friendly interface, easy navigation throughout process,
  • Inventory tracking ability especially helpful during busy seasons

Fantastic Call Recording Tool With One Click Scheduling Capabilities

Ease of use for multiple users, scheduling is one click away! I love that it can be used for both internal and external contacts. The ability to schedule calls with an extension number or email address is great too. It's pretty intuitive once you get started but there are some features like sending emails which could be made easier to find/use. Great tool for our sales team who needs quick access to contact info for prospects and customers alike. We have been able to set up reminders in advance

  • Flexibility, the ability to customize and create templates is fantastic for setting up different types of appointments for different groups of people within my office
Cons
  • A feature that can sync with Google drive, so that the user can keep a copy of the contacts information on them, instead of being dependent on the program to work
