The red reed horn part was not installed upon delivery. I could see the glue wasn't working, I reglued it myself and it didn't work again until I used lots of Gorilla Glue and it has held ever since. My dad had a 1929 Model A with an actual horn and that thing reminds me of it so much it makes my eyes blur.
