This headset has excellent audio quality and is comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time. The noise-cancelling microphone is fantastic at filtering out background noise, making it perfect for remote work and video conferences. The only downside is that the cord can be a bit shorter than some may prefer. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality electronics for their video conferencing needs.

Making a PA/Press Box for a local high school. I specifically order this providing it's a one-ear set of headphones as I need to hear what's going on around me in the press box. To put it mildly, disappointed. RETURN TO SENDERS and spend a lot of people's trouble. Can easily be fixed by changing the image and description.

Like others here, I *ordered* the mono/single-ear version as pictured, but was sent the standard stereo version. I *specifically* wanted a mono version for working from home so I wouldn't be completely isolated from the sound by covering both ears. and definitely NOT what I would have ordered had the picture/description of the item been correct.
