Just what I needed to replace my old headset - the upgrade was just what I needed - love the new mic - everyone says they make me great to hear!

I have been using Plantronics headsets for over 30 years and have found them to be far more durable and reliable than any other headset. Lightweight and easy to install, they rarely cause any problems in my work, freeing my hands for other tasks while I speak. They last quite a long time. I only bought this one because my pup chewed on the last one. Otherwise I would most likely still have it, and I bought it 10 years ago.

This is standard equipment at my workplace. Everyone who spends time on the phone uses them and they are very reliable. I just bought an additional M12 amp for home use. It works great with most home phones. Note. It uses an RJ11 jack, which is a square transparent acrylic jack, not the pin jack used on Walkman headphones.
