Not perfect in headsets

Easy to install as I've been using this model for years. The only problem is that the jack doesn't always keep the phone upright. It rises and then falls off, requiring me to keep pressing the headset button or picking the phone up from the stand.

Would buy again good for phone accessories

These headsets were well packaged and easy to install. Very good sound quality, noise cancellation. I love that I can take a call while I'm away from my desk! My ear is still adjusting to the rest of the inner ear, but other than that I'm very happy!

POS - US charger does not work at all.

POS - Needs to be adapted for US electricity. The charger doesn't work at all. The pins must be short. When I press hard and shake it in the socket, the light flashes once. I tried several exits. All with the same results. Couldn't even try as it won't charge.

So far so good Accessories and consumables

I've had this for about 2 weeks. This saves you from straining your neck and holding your phone. The earbud can be a bit annoying on the ear and I had to take breaks but I started using the headband and I liked it as I just slide it behind my ear when not in use. The lifter is great too.

This gift for the office scores!

Introduced this product to the office manager! She loved it, I saw a customer using one and was very impressed with the product. No more bending your neck, you're hands-free and you can walk to the printer, back, or to the store without worrying about missing a call at the office. Very easy to install, the elderly lady has no problem mastering or using!
