One of the worst headsets I have ever owned. The fact that the wire is sticking out of the headband is the first clue. The sound is TERRIBLE! It was like putting on a box with a tiny speaker inside. But it's convenient. But I'm more interested in the sound quality.

Overall a great headset with no complaints. This gives the Arctis 7 good value for money, but the sound quality is better in the Arctic. The sound of this headset isn't bad in the audio department. With arctis 7 there is now no setting between voice chat and arctic game volume. So depending on whether you want sound quality or want to fine-tune your friends and game volume. Great sound but not as advertised. You cannot switch between chat and game audio. It only increases and decreases game and chat volume. I replaced the optical cable with a ridiculously expensive one and it doesn't matter.
