🎧 Enhanced Noise-Canceling Phone Headset – Plantronics M214C, Over-The-Head, in Sleek Black (69056-16) Review

This should be a 2-1/2 star review somewhere between "I don't like this" and "I'm fine". It is made by the same company as the Clarity phone for the hearing impaired. The Plantronics tech told me this should be the official headset for the Clarity phone. The microphone of this headset is not working. A total loss in that regard. I can only use it for listening.

As I said in my previous review of the same headset, if they work they are great. The last two I ordered came with problems. One was unusable and the other had a lot of static electricity. I haven't gotten them back in 30 days so I'm not sure if others sent from this supplier do the same or are better. I've never had any problems with these types of headsets. They're great when they work as they should.

I use these but I had a previous version of the Plantronics headset (similar to discontinued) which I still have. I ordered it for the second phone. The discontinued version is easier to hear than this one. I will not buy this device again. It's better than nothing, but I hope Plantronics comes out with a better version. This is a replacement headset for the same model. I was very happy with the original headset. The reason for the replacement - the ear pads began to fall apart. Unfortunately this headset is defective as all my phone calls make noise when I turn on the sound. I can get a replacement, but I have to pay for the return shipping cost of an originally defective product. I'm considering replacing the ear pad and using it on my old headset rather than spending more money. Update December 1st 2017…
