Cradle needs repair

The headset itself works very well. Mobile charger and charging station fall short of expectations. The clip used to attach the door to the house and hold the battery for charging keeps popping open. The door does not remain closed to charge the backup battery. With street charging, the battery is not securely attached for charging.
