I bought these curlers to curl my mother's hair. A roller of this size gives very tight curls. You can also just use them to curl your hair, make sure it's damp. Here are the rolls she wanted, but I have yet to order a box. One pack doesn't cover your entire head, so I recommend 2 perms. They are really well made.

They curl my hair beautifully. I have 215 curls and I do 1:1 to get a tight curl that lasts about 7-10 days and then breaks into waves that last about 4 days. absolutely love it.

I wasn't happy when I received them as I thought they were standard length permanent wands which they are not! These are shorter! I had an upcoming perm that I needed them for and had to reschedule until I could get standard size rods! Also, the comb was broken in half! Very disappointed!

They work very well if the bands don't fall apart, but if they do fall apart they cannot be repaired and are basically useless. I think that's why they are. so many come in one package. I have halter length hair and use it quite often, it's the only way to curl my hair other than a real perm. They work very well and are easy to use. My old complaint is that there are tiny slits at the ends and if you pull your hair out they can get caught in them. I pulled out a lot of hair.

This product was made very cheaply. The rubber bands on many of the bars came loose when I tried to take them apart. I would advise against buying from this company.
