The toilet itself is fine. Easy to use and clean when using bags. It feels solid to sit on with a more "normal" feel. But either the seller or Amazon on the other hand needs a lesson in inspecting their items before shipping! This is the second one I've bought. I like that the collection bin/bucket has a flat bottom so it doesn't tip over when the bin is placed on the ground (not all others are like that).
