This charger works very well with Move controllers. When you insert one of the controllers, it sort of guides you into place, so the contacts are lined up so it can be charged. I like the fact that it uses pins instead of a micro USB connector. If it weren't, it looks like the controllers are getting scratched and scratched trying to align it with that port. Just received this charger for two of my motion controllers. I preferred it to other third-party chargers, mainly because it uses a metal contact on the bottom of the controller for charging, rather than a mini-USB connector. The controller is very easy to insert into the slot and you don't have to put a lot of effort into inserting or removing it from the charger.
