Doesn't work on my iPhone 7

I followed the installation instructions on my iPhone 7 and got the message "This accessory is not supported by this device". The package does not contain any troubleshooting or after-sales service information.

To hear the recorded audio, remove the handset from the phone 11

I had trouble with the first mic, turned on, did not flash green when paired, just stayed green. I would play back and hear nothing. I searched a bit and found that to listen to the recorded data you need to remove the component from the iPhone.

Great mic for recording

Bought for my daughter who is in college. Got this for her to use with a smartphone and lecture gimbal for her classes. I got good feedback from her. She said it's very well built and the sound quality is fantastic. Pleasantly surprised! I'm so glad I got her this. And the price is very affordable.

Great microphone! Easy to use and great sound quality!

I love this microphone. It was easy to use. I used it to record a video of a missionary trip. Worked great, very comfortable. I didn't hear any sound when playing the video but found I had to unplug the transmitter from the iPhone connector. I have an iphone 12 max pro and it works great. The only thing is that the clip for the microphone is broken. It was my fault but I would like to order a new clip if possible.

Poor mechanical design, broken in the box

The product was well packaged, a handy carrying case is included. The problem was that in this case the microphone clip was broken. It probably broke during assembly. And the clip looks fragile by design. I don't trust it to stay on my collar with such a cheap design. The clip should be on the outside, grip the mic, and be interchangeable. Instead, it's held in place by fragile little protrusions that break in the soft shell. The return of that bad design.

iPhone 12 max PRO NOT FOR SALE!

I couldn't get it to work at all. I have an app that searches for external microphones, but it never found this one. This is after I gave up on the blinking green light as it just turned off. It was starting to look like a prank. Basically everything the instructions told me didn't work and I just found myself troubleshooting. Never came to a fix for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I'll try a quick no troubleshoot plug and play if that doesn't work just to see if it's a faulty item or just a bad one…

Amazing use gives great results

My husband needed a full face mask for oxygen so verbal communication was perfunctory at best. I bought this to at least increase the volume of his replies and found that the noise reduction effect actually blocks the hiss of oxygen, making his voice not only louder but also clearer. Pretty decent innovation. Sound reproduction is good but I would like some microphone gain
