Convenient way to add a USB drive semi-permanently

I have a Microsoft Surface 2017 and last year internal SSD space became an issue. I have this 128GB Sandisk that I wanted to connect to my surface. I use my Surface as my main computer, but it only has 1 USB port connected to a USB dock. Not wanting to bother with removing the Sandisk drive, I decided to try this hub from Plugable. This worked well for my purpose as I don't have to worry about something exerting force on the hub when it's plugged into my Surface, I don't have to worry about…

Love it! for hubs

The USB ports on my laptop are not working. With one port broken and only another available, I kept getting into situations where I had to swap out one USB device for another. Not only did this solve the problem, but the color and material matched the rest of my laptop almost perfectly. I've occasionally used another external USB hub with this computer, but the size of the USB port and cable just made it too bulky. and uncomfortable to carry, and it constantly interfered with the power…

Works perfectly. The first one I bought broke.

I bought more than one. I am writing this review after a few months of using the product. Works perfectly. The first one I bought was wobbly in the turning area of the USB connector, but still worked. (rotated the wrong way by mistake). I would say that the manufacturer should try to make the item in such a way that it is obvious which way the body of the item should turn so you don't turn it the wrong way and break it at the pivot point. Make this object so that it can rotate in any direction…
