🎂 PME Tall Patterned Edge Side Scraper: Enhance Your Cake Decoration with Scallop Design Review

I tested this product on a simple practice cake, in which I did not have a cake board under it. The product worked perfectly! But when I used it on a cake I was transporting, so I needed a cake board under it, the grooves couldn't get close enough to the cake so the strips didn't turn out as nice as the first one I made. I would definitely recommend using this on a cake without a board under it.

Used this to make a bee themed cake and worked great. I had to do it twice to get the hang of it. I found tilting the tool towards the. Ale got me a cleaner edge without having to use too much icing. I also opted to use a different bench scrapper I dyed of the straight side as holding it with the cut side in my hand was awkward and uncomfortable. Over all once you get the hang of it, works well.

It came to me cracked. I can’t return it. it says this purchase isn’t eligible for a return? I taped it together, and hopefully will still be able to get some use out of it. Seems like poor quality to me.

Great product! Gave me those thick lines which were exactly what I wanted! Only thing is cleaning can be dangerous with the sharp edges of the plastic when scrubbing the icing off, but nothing I would have expected differently from this type of scraper

This scraper is sturdy and precise. It has 90 degree corners for accuracy. I would highly recommend for any stage of expertise.

I needed this item for a cake today and it arrived broken. Now I have to improvise 😅Looks like it would be a nice comb if it wasn't broken.

I was very happy with this product as I've been looking for a cake comb that will produce larger stripes. This was my first time using an acrylic cake comb and I loved it. It was sturdy and I could use the other side to smooth the edges.

I was so nervous to try it but it was great to use. I’ll probably buy other styles but my client was very pleased with her cake and I loved making it! The back is great to use as a regular smoother. Depending on your buttercream you may have to run warm water on them before smoothing but it works!

Arrived broken. Apparently it isn't eligible for return, so here's a lousy review for a lousy way to ship something so fragile. The bubble wrap lined sleeve envelopes probably aren't appropriate for this item.

Love this because it’s tall and easy to use the lines are thicker which gives it nice bold lines. Loved it. My package was delivered EMPTY so I can''t review the actual item!!

I like it but I cannot get it to do the stripes the way i want but I think it is me not the comb! I will practice and see what I can do

I just went to use this and realized that it’s snapped in half. Unfortunately I’m outside of my replacement window. I have other PME products and they are great. Must be a manufactures defect.
