Recommended by my physical therapist. It is strong enough to withstand push and pull forces and has enough weight to withstand compression. It's shaped just right for its purpose, and the handles are solid and comfortable to hold. The freezer is fine but I like mine better and it stays cold as much as I keep it in the fridge.
