Great way of keeping everyone in sync and communicating effectively

I like that it helps with communication between different departments within our organization as well has other employees across multiple locations through out Canada to ensure we are all working together for success! It can be difficult at times trying figure things ouut when you're not sure if your speaking clear or understandable but overall i think its great so far!! Nothing really bad about this program just wish there was more training available from time-to-time because some aspects do…

Pros
  • I like the software and the overall work it has to do for our organization
Cons
  • I wish it was more mobile and mobile

PESL as an Oracle partner for 15 years!

I have worked with Polaris for almost 15 years now. They are one of our partners who support us when it comes to integrating IT systems. We use them as an Oracle partner which includes their implementation services including consulting and training. The people working at PESL are friendly and always ready to help out! Sometimes we run into problems but they take responsibility without hesitation. Nothing specific, everything works well. Support from both sides. I like how easy it was to create

Pros
  • Extreme flexibility in customising different types if applications according your needs.
  • Good communication among various parts within organisation;
  • Easy set up by administrators compared eith similar solutions (eMail etc.)
Cons
  • In many cases requires too much time spent developing own software / components instead building upon available open source solution or even just buying standard
