These trousers are true to size. I'm 6ft 0.190lbs and the average fits perfectly. The waist sits comfortably without being loose or tight. The ankle size is perfect because of the flexibility. I love these pants!

An improvement over cheaper sweatshirts with pockets and ankle cuffs. Can actually be worn outside without looking like you just got out of bed. Waffle fabric is warmer than flat cotton. Not saggy or baggy like some sweatpants. Fits very well; even a little stylish with jogger pants. I would send a photo but the model looks much better!
