Great quality at a good price

I love these IP 335 phones. We have over a hundred at work but I bought this for use at home from NocTel, an internet telephony provider. Polycom was indeed smart and decided on a manufacturer-independent, high-quality and affordable solution for the mass market. I'm sure it's a "volumetric" game for them and it works great. We use them on the Asterisk phone system at work. I use it with a cheap 802.3af PoE switch. (Having a separate power cord would suck) Death to proprietary phone systems!…

Best VoIP Phone PERIOD

What can I say, they just work and have amazing sound quality. We have probably 30 of these in our offices, warehouses, shops and assembly shops, another 5-6 are scattered from Oklahoma, Florida and Mississippi to Australia and France. Connect them to the local network and they will be automatically picked up and programmed by our CudaTel. For remote locations, simply enter our CudaTel's WAN IP address and they will be programmed automatically. Simple, efficient and everything a real business…

Including telephone without power pack

This phone arrived in good condition but without the power cord; I had to cross the street to Steve's house to see if he had a rake and he did, but first he wanted his rake back; Of course I didn't finish the rake so I went out to rake the leaves on the lawn but I noticed my foundation had a crack which worried me so I started calling and getting suggestions for repairs. . I lost track of time in the process and forgot our anniversary dinner! TL;DR, avoid divorce, avoid this product

Solid purchase. to phones

I needed an IP phone to work with my RingCentral account. I chose this phone over the Cisco model and have been very happy so far. Call quality is good (didn't really test it today) and setup was easy. I simply followed the steps to set up my RingCentral account and everything was up and running within 15 minutes. I was really surprised when I saw that everything worked the first time! Downloads/recharges are a bit slow, otherwise it's a solid buy, especially for a small business owner looking…

Comprehensive software. Unless you're a pro at configuring IP phones, be prepared for a long learning curve, setting up a configuration server on your computer and downloading software from Polycom. Still, you're likely to miss a few things. Deploying IP phones isn't easy, even for SIP names and addresses to make them work. If you're not a pro and are transitioning to VOIP, offer to buy a VOIP service that will host your PBX and phone number. This phone is available for many of these services…
