Description of Enhanced Polymaker Polylite 🔧 Filament: The Ultimate 3D Printing Solution

🏆 【PC 3D Printer Filament】 - Polymaker offers different PC filament which can meet your different needs. PolyLite PC offers excellent strength and heat resistance with light diffusing properties; PolyMax PC for extra temperature resistance and toughness and printablility; PolyMax PC-FR can slow/stop the spread of fire for flame retardant need; PC-ABS for excellent toughness and heat resistance while displaying good surface finish, PC-PBT for low temperature toughness and chemical resistance. 🌡️ 【Exceptionally Strong & Heat Resistant PC Filament】 - 2.85mm Polycarbonate filament ( PC filament 2.85mm ) is the strongest and heat resistant of ALL the 3D filament materials that can be printed with consumer grade printers. 🌟 【Affordable Price for Special Application】 - Polymaker 3D printer polycarbonate filament, considering its fantastic properties is also quite budget-friendly compared to some more exotic carbon fiber-filled stuff. It doesn't shrink much upon cooling and will withstand the temperatures in a black car, in the desert, in the summer time, with the sun shining! For hard, strong, stiff, functional parts you won't find better than Polymaker polycarbonate filament 2.85mm. 🧵 【Clean & Dry Enough】 - Carefully winded to avoid any tangling issues, dried and vacuum sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Please make sure to NEVER let go the tip of the filament as it may create nodes. Holes on the side of the spool can be used to prevent this issue. 🎈 【Jam Free & Consistent Diameter】 - Polymaker 3D printer filament polycarbonate 2.85mm has good quality that would never cause clogs, jams, warps or other problems, has great bed adhesion, very consistent color and dimensional accuracy, giving you a good mood printing. It is also very low odor while printing which is a huge bonus. ⚠️【Note】 - Use a BuildTak surface, it will help hold down the print and prevent it from warping. Calibrating your printer before printing is necessary. It is recommended to use an enclosure when printing. For large part it is recommended to use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress. 🛠️ 【PolyLite PC Applications】 - PolyLite 3D printing filament polycarbonate is an engineering PC filament which offer excellence strength and heat resistance. It shows good optical clarity, clear and clean, rendering parts with an attractive crystal shine makeing it very good for lightning application such as lamp shade or cover. Its strength can also be used to print utility hooks, brackets or other home functional items. ⚙️【PolyLite PC Printing Settings】 - Nozzle: 250 ̊C ~ 270 ̊C; Bed: 90 ̊C ~ 105 ̊C; Chamber: 90 ̊C ~ 100 ̊C; Speed: 30mm/s ~ 50mm/s; Fan: Off; Bed Surface: MAGIGOO PC or BUILDTAK; Drying Settings: 75 ̊C for 6h. Annealing settings: 90 ̊C for 2h. Recommended Support Materials: PolySupport (Pink). 🦾 【PolyLite PC Mechanical Properties】 - Young’s Modulus: 2307 ± 60 Mpa; Tensile Strength: 62.7 ± 1.3 Mpa; Bending Strength: 100.4 ± 2.7 Mpa; Charpy Impact Strength: 3.4 ± 0.1 kJ/m2. Thermal Properties: Glass Transition Temperature: 113 ̊C; Vicat Softening Temperature: 117 ̊C.

No problems on my second 3kg roll

With other polycarbonate I had a hell of a time to clean the nozzle between color or material changes. Not with that. Color change is easy, the nozzle is cleaned without leaving any residue. Pressure tolerance and consistency are amazing. I can drill and tap with confidence. Robust in assembly. Interestingly, white is transparent to hyper-red LEDs, which was amazing. I would like more color solutions, but not at the expense of performance.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Works every time. - 3D Printing Consumables

Unbelievable, finally a 3D Filament that performs better than expected. Had to downgrade from 5 to 3 as it's not as durable as the PLA print I made from the same material. I print at 260 for the hot end and 100 for the bed. Prints smoothly and consistently. Unfortunately the spool is too big to fit in the Raise3d case but I use a drill to wrap it around an empty spool that fits. To be honest I've tried so many different threads including Raise3d's materials and this is the best I've come across

Pros
  • Rugged Construction
Cons
  • No Auto

You are literally not ready for that amount of power.

This is undoubtedly the most durable printed polycarbonate. Absolutely no warping when printing at a speed of 100mm/s at a layer temperature of 110°C and a print temperature of 295°C when applying PVA glue to glass. The print doesn't even look like exotic technical filament because it's so easy to work with. The adhesion of the layers is very good. I mostly print at 100% infill with parts typically 10" wide and 4" high with no problems with curling. There is some shrinkage on cooling in the x,y

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
