Cookie-the-Cat loved playing with this until . the cube fabric started tearing. One evening I heard him running through the living room like a madman, bumping into things … & then silence. By the time I got to him, he was cowering & crying piteously. Apparently he had gotten caught in the torn fabric, couldn't get loose & panicked, running pell mell trying to free himself. The long & short of it is that he had damaged a nerve & lost the use of his back right leg. He has since gained partial use

The old version of this cube was made from a paper-type of fabric; not that durable, but the cat could shred it without having to worry about getting claws stuck. Also, the diameter of the hole was about 8". The new version is made from nylon, which is OK as it will be a bit tougher, but the diameter of the holes is 12"! This is no longer a cube as it now resembles a bunch of sticks wrapped in cloth. This is not what was described, and not what I wanted. Finally, the cat doesn't like it

My cats enjoy playing inside the cubes and the tunnel. However I think it could be more stable as they tend to rotate and get in a weird position. You have to be creative in order to attach the cubes to the tunnel. Unlike other comments I read, I think the materials of both the cubes and the tunnel are resistant.

So much fun. The tunnel has extra fabric on the inside that bunches up and drapes down, so it's got a good crunchy sound and your cat doesn't have a complete view of the other end adding to the mystery of "what's on the other side?"

I would give this 5 stars for play appeal, but 3 stars for longevity. After a few months, the ties have come off and one of the cubes has collapsed and no longer holds its shape. (In all fairness, this was after a few months of heavy play by my wild cats!) The tunnel is also flimsier than a different brand we purchased, so it only stays open when it is tied to the cubes.Bottom line, your cats will love it, but plan on replacing it after 3 to 6 months.

Very fun especially for kittens. They hide and attack the heavy duty fabric. It can be configured in several ways due Velcro pieces on the corners. It's also cool that it can be folded and stored away so that it doesn't take upon lots of room.

Wally the cat was excited to have a replacement for the cheap one this replaced. Nice big holes and made of a more durable material. I will buy more! Wally gives this a two paws up review!

It's exactly as described, my only problem is the that the strings are used to tie the cubes and tunnels together give way easily. My two 7 month old kittens torn the string off within weeks.

They are great fun for cats.and more fun to watch them play with these toys. I wish they weren't so expensive, as i was able to buy from a different manufacturer at a much lower price, but the cats love these so much, they actually wore the old ones out.

This is a great cat cube. Fantastic material, holds up to my 3 year old "kitten" who plays with it every day. It's a great cat cube at a great price - much tougher material than the ones in stores now that I've found.

This is the best cat toy ever! According to Jackson our 20lb 3 year old Syberian kitty, but he wakes us up around 4am EVERY NIGHT insisting that someone get up and play the tunnel game with him! (Whatever you do don't give in) We've had it for quite a while and they haven't tired of it yet. It is very well made too because our 2 boys play rough! The center lining is not attached so I sewed a few tack stitches here and there to keep it from collapsing inside. CAUTION If you are not retired yet…

Cat likes this very much. I only wish that the two parts were velco'd together rather than cloth as he tends to pull at the cloth strings. I now just leave the two parts separate.

My cat absolutely loves this thing. The tunnel is very wide too, much bigger than the other tunnels I have. Also the cubes are made very well. I have a cube from another company that is in shreds after a month, but not even a tear in these. Highly recommended, I might even get another one.

I had one for several years manufactured by SportPet, and that product was far superior. The label on this one is "HDP". When I received this one, I discovered that it is made of a sort of paper-like material, not at all the same material of the SportPet cube. I have the two cubes and tunnel set up, which makes this a fairly big seven foot long cat toy. The cat who loves the toy has figured out how to drag it around the house while half inside of it. This thing is great, my cat liked it immediately. I like that you can configure the cubes to habe side or top openings, depending on how they are connected. The tunnel is long enough to hide in. Great product!
