Excellent quality, DOES NOT MATCH SIZE

These slippers are of excellent quality. So it was a real shame that the size 11/12 for my son's birthday was a size 11 1/2 inches smaller than yesterday. I will try to get my daughter to love the brown or I will be back for a bigger size.

The size is wrong.

I ordered youth M size 4-5. When I received the slippers, the box label said Medium 13-1 and XL 4-5. The paper label on the bag and on the slippers says size 4-5. It's not 4-5, it's 13-1. The slippers look nice, but he won't be wearing them for Christmas!

Wrong brand came

I ordered these slippers for my son who is size 12/13 and they didn't fit him. What we received had a different label than the photos. This is NOT a Puppez brand. The label is for the Beyondboys brand. The quality seems ok for the price. My other issue with them is the size. My son has narrow feet and wears a size 12.5. They were too small so I returned them and bought a 13/1 and although the sole says that size it is exactly the same as the 12/13 we originally received. Both are NOT a Puppez…
